Once received, we’ll provide a personalised quote. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll schedule your design consultation to bring your vision to life.

Step 2: Design Consultation for Perth & Australia-Wide Brides

For Perth Brides

Your private design consultation at our Subiaco bridal store is the exciting first step in creating your gown. During this appointment, we’ll explore every detail of your custom design, including:

• Neckline, sleeves, silhouette, and train length 
• Fabric and colour options 
• Lace appliques, beadwor,k and embellishments
• Production timeline and delivery date 
• Measurements taken 

For Interstate Brides

If you’re based outside Perth, we offer a smooth remote process via email, phone, or video call. We’ve designed custom-made wedding dresses for brides across Australia, ensuring the same level of personal service wherever you are.

Optional: Digital Design Sketch

Would you like to see how your ideas will come together?
Our optional digital design sketch* service provides a preview of your custom gown before production begins. You’ll see how design details, silhouette, and detailing integrate into one cohesive vision — ensuring every detail aligns perfectly with your expectations.

* Please note that our sketch service is optional, and there is an additional fee for the design sketch. We understand that every individual has unique preferences and needs, and we are committed to providing personalised solutions to ensure your satisfaction throughout your bridal journey.

Step 3: Order Confirmation

Once you’re satisfied and ready to move forward, we’ll finalise your custom-made wedding dress order.
A 50% deposit secures your place in our production schedule, ensuring your gown is prioritised and crafted according to your timeline.

From this point, your dream gown officially begins its creation journey!

Step 4: Dress in Production — Where the Magic Happens

Each gown is individually handcrafted by our team of dressmakers, ensuring attention to every seam, bead, and lace detail.

1: Design Confirmation

We confirm all design elements and final fabric selections, reviewing texture, drape, and structure to ensure everything supports your desired silhouette.

2: Silhouette Mock-Up

We create a mock-up of your gown to refine the overall shape and structure.
You may opt for the mock-up* to be available in-store for you to try on and review to assess fit, proportions, and comfort before final production.

* Mockup try-on is an optional service and attracts an additional fee. 

3: Embellishment Placement

Lace appliqués, beadwork, and other embellishments are carefully positioned on the gown for your review. This ensures you're happy with the placement before final sewing begins.
We’ll provide photo updates at each stage via email to confirm the details align with your vision before proceeding.

4: Finished Production

Once your custom gown is complete, we'll arrange a photoshoot to capture its intricate details and craftsmanship, celebrating your unique design brought to life. 

5. Delivery & Fitting

The moment you’ve been waiting for — your gown is ready.

Perth Brides

We will be in touch with you to arrange for you to return to our Subiaco store for your first fitting. We'll review the fit together, and our in-house tailors can make any alteration request for the perfect result.

Australia-Wide Brides

Once you approve of your final gown photos, your completed gown will be shipped to you. Alterations can be arranged through our in-house service, or you are also welcome to use your preferred vendor.

For interstate and international brides, your gown will be shipped following your approval of the finished dress photos.
