This ensures that we can allocate the necessary time and resources to cater to your specific needs and preferences. We value your time and aim to provide you with a personalized and attentive experience during these important decision-making processes.

We highly recommend that you take some time before your appointment to browse our bridal and bridesmaids collection online or on our social media platforms. This will give you a better understanding of the styles and designs we offer. By familiarizing yourself with our collection in advance, you can arrive at your appointment with a clearer idea of the styles that resonate with you, making the dress selection process smoother and more efficient.

Our standard appointment duration is one (1) hour. During this hour, most brides have the opportunity to try on approximately 4-5 dresses, allowing ample time for exploration and decision-making.

In the event that you require additional time beyond the initial appointment, we offer the option to book a second appointment, also lasting one hour. Please note that subsequent appointments carry a non-refundable fee of $100.00, which must be paid prior to confirming your appointment.

Second appointments are particularly beneficial for brides who require further consultation or are considering a customized or bespoke designed bridal gown. We are dedicated to providing you with the utmost attention and care throughout your bridal journey, and these subsequent appointments allow us to offer more in-depth guidance tailored to your specific requirements.

Running Late
Due to the nature of our appointment schedule, we are unable to extend the duration of your appointment if you arrive late. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly to ensure you receive the full allocated time for your consultation.

To optimize your appointment experience, we highly recommend browsing through our bridal collection online prior to your visit. Take note of any specific dresses or styles that catch your eye, and prepare any questions or discussion points you would like to address during the appointment. This allows our bridal consultants to make the most of the time with you and provide personalized assistance in finding your perfect wedding dress.

If, during the initial appointment, you find that there are additional gowns you would like to try on but time does not permit, our bridal consultant will be more than happy to assist you in scheduling a second appointment. This will allow you the opportunity to explore and try on the remaining dresses with ample time and attention.

Due to our small store, we request that you limit to a maximum of four (4) guests to your appointment.

Based on our extensive experience, we recommend bringing along your closest friend or family member—someone who knows you well, whose opinion you value and trust, and with whom you want to share this significant milestone. The more individuals you have in attendance, the more opinions and voices you will encounter, potentially slowing down the decision making process as well as being confusing. It has been our observation that having more than four (4) guests can often introduce unnecessary stress for the bride.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we request that you notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to accommodate your needs.

To ensure an optimal and stress-free process, we recommend placing your wedding gown order at least six to eight months in advance. This timeframe allows us to source fabrics, accommodate any design complexities, and create your gown with utmost care and attention to detail.

For custom-designed and bespoke gowns, which involve intricate craftsmanship and personalized elements, we encourage brides to plan ahead with a lead time of eight to twelve months. This timeframe allows for the necessary collaboration and customization process to bring your unique vision to life.

It is important to allocate at least one to two month for alterations to ensure the perfect fit of your wedding dress.

If your wedding date is within four months, we completely understand the urgency. Nevertheless, we are fully prepared to assist you by either ordering a gown or making a custom-made gown with rush services available. In light of the restricted time frame, a rush fee will be aplicable to cover the costs associated with expedited processing, manufacturing, and delivery of your dress.

All the wedding dresses displayed in our exclusive bridal collection can be purchased directly off the rack, subject to availability. The sizing options are limited to the sizes currently in store, and the dresses are sold as-is in those sizes.

If you require a different size, the dress would need to be re-ordered to accommodate your specifications.

The measurements that are approved and provided at the time of placing the order will be used to create your wedding dress. We cannot assume responsibility if your measurements change between the time of order placement and the time of delivery.

Yes. We understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to purchasing your dress, so we are pleased to offer payment plans that can help you comfortably pay off your dress over a predetermined period.

To secure your dress order, a 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your order and putting it on lay-by. The remaining balance can then be conveniently settled through our payment plan option.

When placing an order for any of our wedding gowns, a 50% deposit to secure your purchase. This applies to both re-orders from our existing bridal collection and any custom-made wedding dresses.

Deposits are non-refundable, as we initiate the dressmaking process immediately after receiving your order. By making the deposit, it confirms that you have made a committed decision to purchase the gown.

Once an order for a gown has been confirmed with a paid deposit, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy remains in effect for various situations, including changes of mind, cancellations of weddings or events, inability to make further payments, or any other circumstances leading to cancellation. We kindly ask for your understanding that any funds paid prior to the cancellation or inability to continue with payments will be forfeited.

We currently only offer in house alteration services to customers who order directly from us.

The price of your wedding dress does not include alterations, including custom-made wedding gowns, unless explicitly agreed upon and signed off on. The measurements taken are used to determine the closest suitable size for ordering a dress that best fits you, with the aim of minimizing the extent of alterations needed.

The timeframe for bridal alterations can take up up to eight (8) weeks and involves a maximum of 3 fittings, depending on the specific alterations needed for your gown. It's important to note that if you require alterations within a shorter timeframe of less than six (6) weeks, a rush fee will be applicable.

All alterations will be itemized and charged accordingly.

Regrettably, we do not offer rental services for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, or any of our formal dresses.
