Like many brides starting their wedding dress search, Priscilla visited several bridal stores in her hometown, but she just couldn’t find the one she truly envisioned herself wearing.
Determined to find her dream dress, Priscilla turned to the online sphere, hoping it would bring her closer to the perfect gown. During her online browsing, she discovered a stunning wedding dress featuring a long-sleeved, beaded lace bodice and a tulle A-line skirt. This beautiful dress led her directly to Envious Bridal’s website.
With excitement and anticipation, Priscilla explored Envious Bridal’s collection, feeling hopeful that she was finally on the path to finding the wedding dress she had always imagined.
Priscilla called us to inquire about the “KALLITA” wedding gown, one of our exclusive designs. She loved everything about the dress, from the intricate detailing and lace to the elegant silhouette – without ever seeing it in real life. She knew this was the perfect wedding dress for her special day.
During our phone conversation, we addressed all of Priscilla’s questions and concerns. Within a few days of receiving her body measurements, we began the initial stages of our custom dress-making process.
Priscilla requested custom sizing since her measurements fell between standard sizes, and she preferred to avoid major alterations locally in Darwin. Fortunately, Priscilla was scheduled to fly to Perth for a family visit in a couple of weeks. This timing was perfect, allowing us to meet her in person and take her measurements professionally in our store.
This personal touch ensured that Priscilla’s dress would fit her flawlessly, bringing her one step closer to her dream wedding gown.
The Original Dress Design
The “KALLITA” gown was designed with the vision of a bride seeking a beautifully feminine aura that is both modest and timelessly elegant.
The original gown features a plunging V-neckline with a sheer tulle overlay, creating a higher scoop neckline that seamlessly blends into sheer lace long sleeves for a modest yet elegant look. The bodice showcases a lace appliqué canvas adorned with micro crystal beading and faux pearls, complemented by a tulle tie-up waist at the back. This intricate lace pattern cascades down the flattering A-line silhouette skirt, while a shimmery tulle underlay adds a delicate glisten, enhancing the gown’s overall feminine beauty and charm.
The back of the dress is equally enchanting, featuring an illusion back with strategically placed lace appliqué that gives the impression of ethereal wings. The faux pearl button closure completes the intricate back detailing, adding a refined and highly detailed touch.

Priscilla made a special request to modify the plunge V neckline to a sweetheart neckline, aligning with her personal preference and style. We happily accommodated her request, showcasing our commitment to enabling brides to make modifications and customizations to the wedding dresses from our bridal collection.
This personal touch ensured Priscilla to achieve her vision of the perfect wedding dress, blending her personal preferences with the timeless elegance of the KALLITA gown.
The Finished Production Video
After months of meticulous production by our skilled dressmakers, Priscilla's dream wedding dress was finally complete.
The creation process was a labour of love, beginning with the careful selection and cutting of dress patterns to ensure a perfect fit. Each piece of fabric was precisely cut, laying the foundation for the intricate work that followed.
Our talented artisans then meticulously hand-beaded the entire bodice, transforming the fabric into a stunning masterpiece. Every crystal bead and pearl was expertly placed, adding a touch of sparkle and elegance to the dress.
The journey from fabric to finished gown was marked by attention to detail and dedication to perfection, resulting in a breathtaking dress for Priscilla's most special day. I loved my dress! I had mine custom made to my measurements and the fit was fantastic, I only needed to get the hem lifted up (standard). The Kallita dress I chose had beautiful intricate design which I loved. Yen was willing to ship my order interstate and kept me updated when there was a delay in the shipping, even upgrading me for free to express post to ensure my dress and veil arrived in time for my big day.
