Do you offer wedding dresses for hire?
No, we currently do not not offer a hire services.
Which bridal designers do you carry?
We do not carry any other bridal brand and all of our stocks are exclusive designs under the Envious Bridal label. Each and every one of our bridal gowns is designed, handmade and exclusively stocked at our store.
What are the prices of your wedding dresses?
The pricing of Envious Bridal gowns varies across collections and different styles of gowns due to the type and quality of fabrics used, beading and embellishment work involved with the dress. Generally speaking, our gowns are priced between $1,200 - $2,500.
Can I take photos of the wedding gowns while I try them on?
Our store policy does not allow for photos or videos in the fitting room or whilst you are viewing our collection. Once you have purchased a gown, you are welcome to take as many photos as you wish.
How far in advance should I purchase my wedding gown?
We recommend at least 4-6 months in advance. Our production and dressmakers take between 2-6 months to make your wedding dress (a longer lead time may be incurred if your dress is more elaborate or requires heavy beading) and then allow another 1 month for alterations.
How do I order my wedding gown?
Now that you’ve selected your dream gown, you will be measured up and a size will be selected that is closest to your measurements. You will approve the size selection prior to placing the order. We require a 50% deposit at the time of placing the order to secure production of your gown. The balance owing is payable at your first fitting.
How long does it take for my wedding dress to be finished and delivered?
Delivery times vary based on a combination of factors such as what time of the year it is (if it is peak or off peak wedding season) and our production schedule. Generally it takes between 2-6 months but of course we can delivery your dress sooner if you require. Please see next question.
Your bridal consultant will work with you to ensure your wedding gown will arrive with plenty of time before your wedding date, also factoring in time for those last minute alterations to fit perfectly.
What if my wedding is in a few months’ time – can you help?
We sure can! We’ve had many brides require their wedding dress at very short notice. We can offer a few options along with the addition of a rush fee in getting your dress to store in these short lead time circumstances.
Option 1: You can purchase from our selection of bridal dresses in store which can be taken with you immediately. If it is not of the right size for you, you can get alterations (at your own cost) for a better fit.
We have in house highly experienced tailors so the turnaround time is usually much less than getting it done elsewhere (of course you are not obliged to use our alteration services). Depending on what the alteration tasks are, the time will vary a little.
For example; the most common alterations being taking in or taking out the sides, and hemming take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete (again, it will depend on how much work is to be done).
Option 2: Order a gown from our collection (without any customization) and pay a rush fee.
Option 3: Order a gown from our collection (customization allowable) and pay a rush fee.
Option 4: Order a custom or couture gown and pay a rush fee.
As a standard guideline, we offer the following time frame to include all aspects of ordering your wedding dress (i.e from the date of ordering to the delivery).

The rush fee depends on the time frame (rush category/delivery date) and the type of gown’s production composition (I.e the amount of work that is required in a short lead time) that we will be working with.

Can you ship my wedding dress to me?
We certainly can! We deliver worldwide. We will provide you with a shipping cost once your gown is ready. To ensure your gown arrives in safe and good condition, we use a shipping courier which has insurance cover and requires a signature on delivery.
